Paul E. McManus is the Director of Portfolio Company Executive Resources at Millennia Partners. Paul works closely with portfolio companies on team development issues, including executive recruiting, compensation planning, and organizational design and development. He has significant experience in executive search for emerging, high-growth technology companies and has close working relationships with the leading executive search firms.
Prior to joining Millennia, Paul spent six years conducting executive level search assignments for high-tech companies as President of his own firm and as Vice President with Aubin International. Previously, Paul spent four years as founder and Managing Director of the Bell-Mason Group, a management consulting firm, serving venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. Prior to Bell-Mason, Paul spent fifteen years at Digital Equipment Corporation in various engineering, product management, and new venture development roles.

Robert McMath originally started The New Product Showcase and Learning Center in 1968 as a new products reporting service by in 1968. It started with only a small percentage of the products on display in Canandaigua, New York. Over the years the NPSLC grew to nearly 70,000 products, put most of the products on display, took up over 6,500 sq. feet of space, and moved to various facilities in and around New York.
The new company, NewProductWorks, was formed by merger of the New Products Showcase and Learning Center of Ithaca, New York, and the new products practice of the Arbor Strategy Group. The two firms combined in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the spring of 2001.
As part of NewProductWorks, the Collection is housed in a very modern and contemporary 7,400 sq. foot state-of-the-art facility. Approximately 70% of the Collection is on display at all times, with the remainder in accessible storage.

Douglas McMeekin started working as a cultural and environmental consultant to the oil industry in the Amazon Region of Ecuador in 1986. In 1991, Douglas formed FUNEDESIN, the Foundation for Integrated Education and Development, and has dedicated his life since then toward improving the standard of living of the people of the region and the preservation of the tropical rainforest.
In 1995, FUNEDESIN opened YACHANA LODGE, the world renowned educational eco-tourism facility on the Napo River, accessible only by motorized canoe. Yachana Lodge is providing a source of income and training for the staff of locals from the region, and giving visitors a window into the life of the people living in the Amazon Region. One hundred percent of the profit generated by the lodge goes to support the work of the foundation.
One of the strongest features that Douglas McMeekin brings to his work with the foundation is innovation and ideas. One of these is the formation of a micro-enterprise, called YACHANA GOURMET in the year 2000. This company was created to develop food products from produce from the Amazon region of the country. The primary product is the unique Yachana Jungle Chocolate. This project is providing improved, Fair Trade income to the farmers. Yachana Gourmet will be a major financial supporter of FUNEDESIN's projects in the future.
James McNair is Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the firm's Chicago office. McNair has over 18 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, McNair was President of McNair, Reed & Company and a Senior Vice President and a Director at Jordan Industries. His transaction experience includes the completion of over 31 middle private equity market transactions with combined revenues in excess of $700 million.
James McNair received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
Bruce McNamer is the President and CEO of TechnoServe.
Before joining TechnoServe in 2004, McNamer's career spanned the public and private sectors. McNamer was COO of Verified Identity Pass, Inc., CFO of Appfluent Technology, and VP of Business Development at Varsity Group. He has also worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
McNamer was a White House Fellow and a Director at the National Economic Council from 1998-1999, and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay.

Steve Medwin is the manager of advanced research at The Raymond Corporation. Since 2004, he has been evaluating the application of fuel cell technology to the material handling business. For the previous three years, Medwin worked with Raymond's Test Engineering and Test & Reliability groups. Prior to working at Raymond, he spent 20 years in research and development at DuPont. Medwin is the inventor of nine U.S. patents and is a member of the UL 2267 Standards Technical Panel for Fuel Cell Power Systems for Industrial Electric Trucks, and chairman of the new Energy Storage Systems committee of the Industrial Truck Association (ITA).

Andrew C. Meehan is the founder of The Virtual Billboard. The Virtual Billboard is an outdoor direct marketing company that utilizes digital projections to produce stimulating, mobile, and cost-effective visual displays. The company is planning to introduce vivid, Hi-Def digital projections to allow advertisers to replace lifeless billboard ads with moving and dynamic ads that can be altered on-demand to capture different target demographics.

Khanjan Mehta is a senior research associate in the College of Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. His professional interests include innovative system integration, high-tech entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.
Mehta teaches junior and senior electronic/system design courses at Penn State. He has developed a hands-on course called Sensor and Controller System Integration, which exploits the power of virtual instrumentation to accelerate the idea evaluation and product development processes. He has led social entrepreneurship ventures in Kenya, China, and Tanzania.
In addition, Mehta is involved with the Mashavu Project. Mashavu enables medical professionals around the world to connect with patients in the developing world using modern technology and communications infrastructure.
Khanjan Mehta has an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and a BE in Electronics Engineering and a diploma in Industrial Electronics from the University of Mumbai, India.
Wayne Meichner is President of Polo Ralph Lauren Retail Corporation. He oversees all aspects of the Ralph Lauren stores in the U.S. and Europe. Previously, he spent 23 years at Saks Fifth Avenue in numerous capacities, including the Executive Vice President of merchandising.
