Chuck Winship is the founder and CEO of Sugarbush Hollow LLC, a farm which produces maple syrup and value added maple products.
Prior to founding Sugarbush Hollow, Churck worked at Xerox as a Manager of engineering operations for 35 years.
Chuck Winship holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Agriculture from Cornell University.
Yes, I hire a little bit but, again it's cash and it's maybe maple syrup and it's mainly people donating their time.
