Leslie Fritzemeier is the President and CEO of Wakonda Technologies.
Prior to his role at Wakonda, Fritzmeier served as the director of economic development at Infotonics Technology Center.
In June 2007, Wakonda Technologies received the Golden Horseshoe Prize which amounts to $100,000. The Golden Horseshoe competition is a cross-border contest involving U.S. and Canadian companies with the goal of stimulating entrepreneurial growth.
Leslie Fritzemeier has a PhD from Columbia University. He also holds an MBA.
To me an entrepreneur is somebody that is willing to take an idea and take the risks associated with turning that idea into a useful product of service. I see a lot of people that define an entrepreneur as somebody that starts a company.
