Karen Potter rejoined Citi as a Director to lead the Connecting Citi initiative. This program focuses on connecting the enterprise through the use of social and collaboration technologies to streamline how we work and prepare for the increasing millennial workforce.
Prior to returning to Citi Karen honed her digital skills at a digital agency (Razorfish) and a NY-based start-up (Bundle.com). In her last role at Razorfish, she focused on building internal and consumer-facing digital experiences for global organizations. Prior to Razorfish, she helped launch a startup (Bundle.com) where she focused on implementing a banking account aggregation utility for end-users, ad sales and operations management. Before Bundle.com she spent over 5 years at Citi in various roles within Citi Ventures and Operations & Technology.
Karen Potter has an MBA and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (M.S./M.I.S.) degree from the University of South Florida.
