Chuck Winship is the founder and CEO of Sugarbush Hollow LLC, a farm which produces maple syrup and value added maple products.
Prior to founding Sugarbush Hollow, Churck worked at Xerox as a Manager of engineering operations for 35 years.
Chuck Winship holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Agriculture from Cornell University.
Yes, in the summer, the summer craft shows, people just do not want to buy syrup in the summer. Syrup is sold in the spring and in the fall, that's the two seasons.
