The gender thing comes up because when we look out there on the boards, on the different Board of Directors and the CEO and the inner sanctum management groups of all of the different firms and even the numbers of successful IPOs and who were the CEOs of those companies, most of them were not women....(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
