Chuck Winship is the founder and CEO of Sugarbush Hollow LLC, a farm which produces maple syrup and value added maple products.
Prior to founding Sugarbush Hollow, Churck worked at Xerox as a Manager of engineering operations for 35 years.
Chuck Winship holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Agriculture from Cornell University.
The key risk factors for the maple syrup business are obviously the weather, because we're totally victims of the weather and the other one is lack of marketing.
