Michael Santiago is the CEO of FloraPulse. FloraPulse makes water-stress sensors that, in layman’s terms, measure how thirsty a plant is. Michael Santiago received his bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Cornell University.
So right now it?s all speculative but we believe we will be able to help out a good bit especially as water gets more expensive and more scarce. The idea is that right now people do waste water.
