Bill Barton is the founder and owner of Bellwether Hard Cider in Ithaca, NY.

Bill Barton is a graduate of Cornell University.

I had an opportunity to get to know and get advice from a number of the small winery owners in the area. They have been, as a group, extremely helpful and extremely willing to share the bumps and bruises that they got along the way.
