Chuck Winship is the founder and CEO of Sugarbush Hollow LLC, a farm which produces maple syrup and value added maple products.
Prior to founding Sugarbush Hollow, Churck worked at Xerox as a Manager of engineering operations for 35 years.
Chuck Winship holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Agriculture from Cornell University.
Major sources are other producers, the manufacturers, the equipment, and to some extent, the Cornell Cooperative Extension or the Vermont Extension, the applied research organizations there.
