I'd say I'm a planning person - I have a very clear view on planning. So, I look ahead, and try to evaluate alternatives. I'd say it was not a strongly formalized planning, in the sense that there was a fully constituted business plan - although, in some moments, I even designed a business plan....(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
