Chuck Winship is the founder and CEO of Sugarbush Hollow LLC, a farm which produces maple syrup and value added maple products.
Prior to founding Sugarbush Hollow, Churck worked at Xerox as a Manager of engineering operations for 35 years.
Chuck Winship holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Agriculture from Cornell University.
This is our first year in this particular Sugarbush and bringing surprises and other objectives. That was a huge surprise, 2003 the year we're talking about was generally a poor production year and I'd set our objectives relatively high and we achieved them for the first year.
