For me, the best closure technique has been to be very direct and upfront and again add a little humor in it, lightness, because I think young people don't have enough self confidence in themselves and their skill level to just say to someone 'are you ready to buy this', 'is this what you're looking...(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
