CommuniTech.Net is one of the world's most successful Web hosting companies, with 24,000 clients in 130 countries. Gabe Murphy and Brian Heitman started the company in 1997 while Murphy was attending Cornell University and Heitman was in high school. The business plan for the company was born when Murphy enrolled in a course in entrepreneurship.

We do have some of our older employees do have families. It is not like a typical internet company where there will be-some employees that do 80, 100 hours a week. That doesn't happen here.
