Bill Barton is the founder and owner of Bellwether Hard Cider in Ithaca, NY.

Bill Barton is a graduate of Cornell University.

It's one of those "I had a great idea" kind of things and I wondered why no one else was doing it... and now I know why! But no, it really was an issue where I had--about 20 years ago--had an opportunity to travel in France and England.
