I started making salad dressings using the herbs that we grew. Developed a line of salad dressings, pesto and salsas, with the herbs. Grew lettuce and sold that at the Farmers Market, wholesale. Mesclun mix and cut flowers and garlic....(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
