Gregory Hartz serves the Tompkins Trust Company as its President and CEO. He joined the Bank in August of 2002, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer. In 1998 he joined Finger Lakes Productions International as Executive Vice President following many years of service with Citizens Savings Bank and M&T Bank.
Greg Hartz is a graduate of the Cornell University.

The SEC is in the process of, and actually has, for public companies, actually putting some requirements in place for public companies to adopt some policies around corporate social responsibility, but it's hard to impose that.
