Lance Polivy is a Cornell University student and co-founder of Wiggio.com. Wiggio.com is a free, online toolkit that makes it easy for students to work in groups. It offers simple functionalities, such as a shared calendar to coordinate meetings, the ability to send mass text messages, a shared document folder, instant polling capabilities, and free conference calls.

Robert Jarrow is the Ronald P. and Susan E. Lynch Professor of Investment Management, Professor of Finance and Economics at The Johnson School, Cornell University.
Jarrow has over 25 years of work-experience. His teaching and research interests involve the study of mathematical finance. He is interested in credit derivatives, risk management, investments and asset pricing theory.
Jarrow's consulting experience includes Citigroup, Bank of America, Barclays Capital, Bankers Trust, Merrill Lynch, World Bank, Nomura Securities, Kamakura Corporation, SEC, US Attorney's Office, FDIC, and expert witness assignments.
Jarrow has authored over 120 publications and working papers, four books on options and derivatives, and edited three other books including two on risk. Pablo Cavalcanti is Partner and CEO of Inmetrics in Brazil, a company born out of the perception that managing application performance, in addition to being a major challenge, required a result-oriented service approach. The company started in 2002 at the Softex Society Campinas incubator and was emancipated in 2005. Nowadays, Inmetrics is a standard in the Brazilian market in the area of application performance.
Cavalcanti worked for many years in the IT industry, in particular as a software architect and developer for service providers in various sectors including finance.

Before joining TechnoServe in 2004, McNamer's career spanned the public and private sectors. McNamer was COO of Verified Identity Pass, Inc., CFO of Appfluent Technology, and VP of Business Development at Varsity Group. He has also worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
McNamer was a White House Fellow and a Director at the National Economic Council from 1998-1999, and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay.
