Bill Ceasar is a principal of McKinsey & Company, and a leader in the firm's North American Energy & Materials practice.

Since joining McKinsey, Ceasar has worked with a diverse group of clients, primarily on commercial transformation, growth, and business-to-business marketing issues. He recently acted as co-leader of the firm's knowledge development effort focused on biofuels. Ceasar holds an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, an M.A. in Russian Studies from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Russian Studies from Colgate University.
