Nikki Daruwala is Director of the Social Responsibility program at American Rights at Work. Prior to this position, she was Manager for Advocacy and Social Policy at Calvert, a leading socially responsible mutual fund company. Daruwala is a founding member of the Child Labor Coalition, and has served as Chairperson of the Indigenous Rights Committee and the Diversity Committee at the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility and on the Shareholder Advisory and Policy Committee Board of the Social Investment Forum. She currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the Institute for Women's Policy Research. Daruwala is a graduate of Ithaca College and holds an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
Thevaki Thambirajah began her professional career in a large corporate environments. After spending a few yeears in a training program at Citibank, she opted to find a more intrapreneurial role within Revlon. When that opportunity didn't result in the level of creativity and flexibility she desired, she opted to venture out on her own as a consultant within the independent film industry. While working in the independent film arena fulfilled her passions, it failed to pay the bills. She returned to the corporate world, taking a position at Coty. She has since left that position and returned to the film world where she recently served as Production Office Assistant on the film "Heights" by Ismail Merchant and James Ivory. Thevaki Thambirajah is a graduate of Cornell University.

In this role, she is responsible for developing a multicultural business platform to increase Merrill Lynch's presence among diverse markets through creative and innovative sales and marketing strategies aimed at diverse communities.</p> <p>Barry joined Merrill Lynch in 1989 and spent 13 years in the US Private Client Group as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager. In 2001, she created the Multicultural and Diversified Business Development group to help establish Merrill Lynch as the preeminent wealth management firm among diverse and multicultural markets. She was appointed to her current role in 2005. </p> <p>Subha Barry holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Bombay University, India, a Master of Business and Public Management and a Master of Accounting from Rice University, Houston, Texas.</p>
<p>Baseema Banoo Krkoska is the Business Librarian at Albert R. Mann Library, Cornell University. She is the primary liaison to the Applied Economics & Management (AEM) and Policy Analysis & Management (PAM) departments. In her role as liaison, she is collaborating with several AEM faculty members to incorporate information competency into the applied economics and business curriculum. In addition, she offers library workshops on new investment technologies and better preparation for interviews.</p> <p>Baseema Banoo Krkoska has a Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad India and an M.S. in Communication from Cornell University. </p>

Prior to coaching, Caroline worked for more than 12 years with iMentor, serving as its first director of programs, before becoming the executive director and then president. During her tenure, Caroline helped steer iMentor from a startup pilot phase to national expansion and rapid growth. Under her leadership, iMentor's budget grew from $350,000 to more than $10 million, mentor / mentee pairs increased from 180 to 2,600 annually, and the staff grew from four to more than 80 full-time employees.

Vijay R. Vashee is currently employed at Cronus Ventures, LLC. Through this experience, he offers a unique perspective to enterprise software product development and their rollout in Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Vashee serves on the Board of directors and is a key investor in several technology start-ups engaged in development of enterprise software, application servers, and user software development.
From 1982 until October 2001, Mr. Vashee served in various senior marketing, product management, and executive positions at Microsoft. He recently served as the General Manager of the Information Technology Group at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Vashee also served as the General Manager for Microsoft Project from 1988 to 1992 and as the General Manager for Power Point from 1992 to 1997. As General Manager for Project, he developed and executed the strategy that resulted in Project's market share going from number four to number one. Having begun career at Microsoft in 1982, Mr. Vashee led marketing and product launch efforts for Microsoft's core applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, as well as ancillary products such as Microsoft's Flight Simulator and Microsoft Mouse. In addition, he set up the first Microsoft ISV program recruiting Lotus, Ashton-Tate, Software Publishing, and any others to support Windows.
Between 1990 and 1993, Mr. Vashee helped Click2learn, Inc. drive sales of Microsoft Project from $5 million to $100 million. Later, he played a key role in the acquisition of PowerPoint's creator, Forethought, Inc. and the integration of PowerPoint into the Microsoft Office suite. As a General Manager for PowerPoint, Mr. Vashee grew the business from $100 million to $600 million in total annual revenue.
He was a founding President of The Indus Entrepreneurs, Seattle. Mr. Vashee has been a Director of Click2learn since July 2001 and also serves as a Member of its Audit Committee. He was a Member of Advisory Board at Instantis, Inc. Mr. Vashee also served as Director of SumTotal Systems Inc. He served as a Board Member of IntelliPrep. Mr. Vashee is a Trustee of The Indus Entrepreneurs, Seattle.
