<p>Tiffany Norwood, co-founder of Next Generation Broadband (NGB), is the Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations. Norwood manages all commercial activities for NGB, including sales, marketing, product development, customer management, strategic partnerships, as well as, corporate strategy. </p> <p>Prior to NGB, Norwood was the Director of European Operations for Road Runner International, as well as a general manager for the international team. Sara Jobin made history in 2004 as the first woman to conduct on the mainstage subscription series at San Francisco Opera. The students developed a business plan, including a financial accounting system and pricing model for the chocolate bars; helped source their manufacture; created a distribution plan using multiple channel; and developed a relationship with Whole Foods as a key sales partner.

In addition to holding an MBA from Cornell University, Jessica Crolick Rolph also received her BA from Cornell.
