Clare Brett Smith is President Emerita of Aid To Artisans. Aid to Artisans (ATA) is a non-profit organization based in Hartford, Connecticut whose mission is to offer "practical assistance to artisan groups worldwide, working in partnerships to foster artistic traditions, cultural vitality, improved livelihoods and community well-being." ATA works with artisans in every region of the world through its product and market development programs, business skills training and Small Grants Program.
Smith served as President of ATA from 1986-2005. Prior to that, Smith owned and managed Primitive Artisan, a well-known import company specializing in handicrafts of developing nations. The company was sold in 1982.

Susan Youngblood joined IBM in 1992 and has held HR leadership roles in multiple business units including software, technology development and manufacturing, services, and sales. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources for the Tivoli software division which includes 7,000 people worldwide. Tivoli has a major presence in the United States, and also has software labs in Malaysia, Poland, China and the U.K. Youngblood has experience in varied HR specializations, such as employee/industrial relations, talent management, workforce planning, executive development and diversity. Susan Youngblood received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Vassar College and her master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Jennifer Davis is a Vice Presidentin the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
After graduation, Davis took a job as an analyst at investment banking firm, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette which was then acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston. After spending two years in an Analyst position, Davis returned to school for her MBA at Harvard Business School. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 after completing her MBA.

Laura Colosi is Chief Operating Officer for ThinkWorks. Additionally, she is an Extension Associate at Cornell University where she works to improve parent education for the statewide Cooperative Extension Administration. She is also developing an assessment and reporting system for parent education programs in New York in hopes of developing a model for national implementation. In addition to her work at Cornell, Laura serves as a consultant to external organizations on applying systems thinking to evaluate educational and outreach programs.
Colosi's prior research interests included the impact of social policies on parents and their children, with a particular interest in low-income families. She has conducted evaluations of several New York State programs including: parent education series such as the Parenting Skills Workshop Series, the Strengthening Families Program and the Literacy Institute; the statewide Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program, Eat Smart New York; a 3 year evaluation of the Teenage Homelessness Prevention Program in Ronkonkoma, New York; as well as the NYS Citizens' Coalition for Children's Post Adoption and Preservation Services.
