Patricia Merolle is a Principal of WINNING, Incorporated and has over 20 years of sales, management and entrepreneurial success in growing a variety of businesses. At Perry Johnson Registrars, a firm specializing in ISO 9000 certification, Patricia was the consistent top performer and set an all-time company record for sales - resulting in her promotion to Regional Manager. At Perry Johnson, Patricia was responsible for generating key client relationships with major companies including Estee Lauder, Mead Johnson, Clairol Worldwide, Bristol Meyers and Heritage Hills Golf Resort. Patricia has also been a successful entrepreneur and business owner in both the catering and equestrian industries.
Drew Faust became dean of the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study on January 1, 2001. She also holds an appointment as the Lincoln Professor of History in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University.
Before coming to Radcliffe, Faust was Annenberg Professor of History and director of the Women's Studies Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Faust is a historian of the Civil War and the American South.
She is the author of five books, including "Mothers of Invention: Women of the Slaveholding South in the American Civil War", for which she won the Francis Parkman Prize in 1997.
Faust is a trustee of Bryn Mawr College, the Andrew Mellon Foundation, and the National Humanities Center, and she serves on the educational advisory board of the Guggenheim Foundation. She has served as president of the Southern Historical Association, vice president of the American Historical Association, and executive board member of the Organization of American Historians and the Society of American Historians. Faust has also served on numerous editorial boards and selection committees, including the Pulitzer Prize history jury in 1986, 1990, and 2004.
Drew Faust received her bachelor's degree in 1968 from Bryn Mawr and received her master's degree (1971) and doctoral degree (1975) in American civilization from the University of Pennsylvania.
Susan Schulz was appointed editor-in-chief of CosmoGIRL! Magazine in July 2003. Previously, she was the magazine's executive editor, and before that she was the deputy editor when she joined the magazine in November 2000. Prior to working at CosmoGIRL!, Schulz was an editorial assistant at Redbook magazine. She moved on to become an assistant editor at Good Housekeeping, continuing to assist editors while also writing frequently for the Profiles section. In 1997, Susan moved into the teen market as an associate articles editor at YM magazine, and was promoted to senior articles editor in 1999. In addition, Schulz heads up the advisory board of GlamourGals, a not-for-profit organization founded by the CosmoGIRL! of the Year winner from 2000, Rachel Doyle. Susan Schulz is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
Wen-fei Uva is a Senior Extension Associate at Cornell University. Her research interest is in market development for horticultural products and sustainability of horticultural businesses. She is currently developing an extension and applied research program on marketing of horticultural products including fruit, vegetable and ornamental horticulture crops. This program is designed to enhance the competitive position of the New York fruit, vegetable, and ornamental horticultural industry through targeted, curriculum-driven educational programs. Wen-fei Uva received her B.S. from National Taiwan University and her M.P.S. and Ph.D. from Cornell University.
Nancy Robbins is the founder and co-owner of Old McDonald's Farm. Located in the 1000 Islands region of New York, Old McDonald's Farm focuses on education and agri-entertainment. The operation has been hosting school children and families at the 1200 acre working dairy and crop farm since 1986.
Liz Walker co-founded and has directed EcoVillage at Ithaca since its inception in 1991, and has lived there with her family since the first buildings were completed. She has worked on all aspects of the community's development, and has written and lectured widely on the topic.
Kathy Koultourides is the Director of Sales and Training and Performance Improvement for Aramark Uniform Services. In her roll at Aramark, Kathy serves as the program manager, and certified instructor for consulting, selling skills, online sales training and sales negotiations. Prior to working at Aramark, Koultourides was involved in sales at Wells Fargo.

Carol Young is founder and designer of [un]designed by Carol Young. [un]designed is a collection of beautiful, functional, seasonless clothing for the modern woman. A former architecture student, Carol became intrigued with the needs of urban nomads while living abroad in Asia, studying design in NYC and travelling to India and Japan.
Young accepted a fellowship at Cornell University to experiment in these functional apparel needs. The result was a collection that explored the use of "undesigned" recycled-clothing and activewear materials into new urban nomadic apparel. [un]designed was born.
