Thevaki Thambirajah began her professional career in a large corporate environments. After spending a few yeears in a training program at Citibank, she opted to find a more intrapreneurial role within Revlon. When that opportunity didn't result in the level of creativity and flexibility she desired, she opted to venture out on her own as a consultant within the independent film industry. While working in the independent film arena fulfilled her passions, it failed to pay the bills. She returned to the corporate world, taking a position at Coty. She has since left that position and returned to the film world where she recently served as Production Office Assistant on the film "Heights" by Ismail Merchant and James Ivory. Thevaki Thambirajah is a graduate of Cornell University.
Caroline Kim Oh is an Executive Coach to nonprofit leaders.
Prior to coaching, Caroline worked for more than 12 years with iMentor, serving as its first director of programs, before becoming the executive director and then president. During her tenure, Caroline helped steer iMentor from a startup pilot phase to national expansion and rapid growth. Under her leadership, iMentor's budget grew from $350,000 to more than $10 million, mentor / mentee pairs increased from 180 to 2,600 annually, and the staff grew from four to more than 80 full-time employees.

Archana Shah is a senior executive director in the emerging markets derivative sales group at Morgan Stanley. She currently acts as co-chair of the New York chapter of Woman Advancing Microfinance (WAM), which is an international organization with 13 chapters worldwide, which supports gender issues and women's empowerment. Shah also supports Equity for Africa (EFA), a UK-based charity that provides capital to small business owners through lease financing in northern Tanzania, and is active within the microfinance community at Morgan Stanley.
Her interest is rooted in her diverse upbringing. She was born in Kenya to Indian parents and raised in Hong Kong and Tanzania. She moved to the United States to attend the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a BS in finance and a B.A in French. She continued on to New York University to receive her master's in economics.
Steve is the President and CEO of Epic Trip. Previously, he had worked for THR Consulting Barcelona, hotel brands St. Regis and Wyndham International. Steve has served honorably in the United States Marine Corps where he was deployed throughout the Middle East and Asia .

Timothy holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a Master\'s of Science degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
