Brendan Cullen is Vice President for Growth and Innovation at Education Pioneers He joined Education Pioneers to help build a pipeline of diverse leaders in the education sector. Cullen served as Education Pioneers' first Bay Area managing director from 2005-2008, and currently oversees organizational growth and new initiatives.
He began his career in education as a middle school language arts teacher in Baltimore, Maryland through Teach for America. Cullen later worked as a founding campus director for Citizen Schools, a non-profit after-school program based in Boston. Before moving to the Bay Area, Cullen served as director of the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) Scholars program in New York City and a project manager for the New York City Department of Education's Empowered Schools Initiative.

Not so long ago, Susan Gibbs left a career as a network news producer in New York City in search of something more authentic. A chance encounter with a book about raising sheep sealed her fate. With a great deal of hard work and a towering stack of How-to-Farm books, Susan developed a flock of Cormo sheep and a beautiful herd of angora goats. Today, Juniper Moon Farm is home to a herd of lovely angora goats, some fat, spoiled sheep, two Maremma livestock guardian dogs, and the world's first yarn CSA. In her spare time, Susan does consulting for would-be farmers and has written dozens of published articles on food and farming. But her full-time job is shepherding the flock and blogging about her experiences.
Ara Weiss is the Director of Account Planning in the Domestic Home Entertainment division of Twentieth Century Fox. He has been with the organization since 2005.
Previously, Weiss was a Manager in Finance and Planning with the Walt Disney Company. He has also held positions as a Senior Financial Analyst at Warner Brothers and as a Senior Financial Consultant with The Carson Group.

Brad Treat is on the Board of Directors of Mezmeriz. He was most recently the Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Cornell University. Brad is also the co-founder and former CEO of SightSpeed, an innovative video and voice communications company. Together with co-founders Aron Rosenberg and Cornell University Professor Toby Berger, Treat grew SightSpeed from a university research project at Cornell into the world's premier video calling software. SightSpeed was acquired by Logitech for $30MM.
Earlier in his career, Treat worked for eight years in the automotive industry at Bowles Fluidics and GKN Automotive, where he was responsible for engineering, operations, and personnel management within the high precision, high volume industrial units.

Jacob Wright is a successful entrepreneur in many realms of the hospitality industry. A serial entrepreneur who started his first business at age 18, Wright has founded and led successful businesses in the action sports, website development, real estate development, restaurant and hotel industries. He is co-founder and president of Action Companies Group, which develops, manages and owns restaurant and hotel properties. From his base in Syracuse, N.Y., Wright leads a team of 200 associates who are now focused on building leadership in the limited-service hotel segment.
Kleber Bacili is the CTO at Digital Assets in Brazil. He is responsible for product development and operations at DigitalAssets and has more than 10 years of experience working with the IT industry in Brazil.
Bacili worked for more than seven years for large corporations such as Motorola, Natura, SKY, BankBoston and Petrobras, and then joined Ci&T's expert team on service oriented architecture (SOA) and software reuse. Bacili is a SOA expert with published articles in various international events. He is also a visiting lecturer on SOA and component based development at renowned Brazilian universities.

Sean Basinski is the Director of the Street Vendor Project. The Street Vendor Project works to correct the social and economic injustice faced by street vendors in New York City. Reaching out to vendors on the street, the organization holds clinics to educate vendors about their legal rights. Working to support a local vendors' rights movement, they organize vendors to participate in the political process that determines their fate.
Sean Basinski received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. For nine months before he started law school, Sean built a pushcart and sold Mexican food on Park Avenue and 52nd Street.
