Michael Santiago is the CEO of FloraPulse. FloraPulse makes water-stress sensors that, in layman’s terms, measure how thirsty a plant is. Michael Santiago received his bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Cornell University.
<p>Kurt Zitzner is the owner of Mugzees Restaurant in Kent, Ohio. </p> <p>He has been working in restaurants since the age of 14. His restaurant experience includes Chuck's Diner, Cafe 56, Fire Food and Drink, and his own catering company, City Cuisine.</p> <p>He graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science in May of 2005. While at Cornell, he was elected by his peers to be the Managing Director of Hotel Ezra Cornell, a student run hotel conference for industry leaders.</p>
<p>Willy Franzen is the founder of One Day One Job, One Day One Internship, and Found Your Career. </p> <p>After graduating from college, Franzen took on a number of contract jobs while traveling and pursuing his passion of fly fishing. After beginning his job search, he became frustrated with the way employers presented themselves to potential applicants online. He eventually quit his job search and decided to try to change how people find jobs online.</p. <p>Since he stopped job searching in May of 2007, Willy has reached over 500,000 job seekers through One Day, One Job and One Day, One Internship with his in-depth employer profiles and job search tips. His new venture Found Your Career is an online job search training course.</p> <p>Willy Franzen graduated from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations in 2006.</p>

Yos Bugallo is a Campus Consultant in EY's Inclusiveness Recruiting team, specializing in the diversity recruiting strategy and development. Yos works with university stakeholders to drive strategic and systemic change regarding diversity and inclusiveness at the student, faculty, and campus level. Her role focuses on increasing the pipeline of top diverse talent into EY and better preparing students for the global workforce. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Yos was an Associate Director at the NYU Stern School of Business MBA Admissions office, where she handled general admissions as well as diversity, LGBT, military and Latin American recruiting. She started her work in higher education in the Brandeis University Undergraduate Admissions office where she instituted a number of innovative programs and revamped their diversity recruiting function. Yos has also served on the Board of the New York chapter of the Association for Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) as the Director of Student Programs. She has also been involved with several organizations including Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, and the Posse Foundation. Yos holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Brandeis University.
