Based in the Middle East, Joe Saddi is a Senior Partner with more than 20 years of consulting experience in strategic, organizational, and restructuring services. He leads Booz & Company's activities in the Middle East and was recently elected Chairman of its global Board of Directors. Over the years, he has led major privatization programs in such sectors as oil and gas, mining, steel, automotive, and consumer goods; advised Middle East governments on sector deregulation and sector policy; and led the reorganization of national oil companies and large corporations. He also works closely with large family-owned companies to help design governance and portfolio strategies.
Before joining the firm, Saddi worked in Europe and the U.S. at the consulting firm Bain & Company.

Stevens Sainte-Rose was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and later immigrated to the United States into the New York City area. He has spent his career working in human resources in the field of diversity and is presently employed by Aramark.
Prior to his position at Aramark, Sainte-Rose worked in Human Resources for the Burger King Corporation. Beofre entering corporate America, Sainte-Rose had an opportunity to build a school in Kenya.

Diane Sakach is Executive Director of Corporate Leadership Center (CLC), a partnership between major corporations and academic institutions, which advances top corporate leaders and leadership practices. CEO Perspectives, CLC's flagship program, has been offered since 2006 with the Kellogg School of Management. In 2008, Diane joined Corporate Leadership Center to co-develop its second program, Leading Women Executives, which focuses exclusively on high-potential women executives and their companies in order to strengthen and sustain female advancement in business. Previously, Diane was an independent consultant focused on enhancing the effectiveness of investment sales and client servicing organizations.
From 1996-2002, Diane was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Northern Trust Global Investments (NTGI), the institutional investment division of Northern Trust Corporation. Diane was a member of its executive management team accountable for market strategy of the $180+ billion institutional business. Diane developed and ran the business model that provided client and regulatory support for all NASD regulated investment sales and servicing functions. She led key initiatives to build cross functional business management systems and web-based client reporting, which improved communication flow and servicing capability. Diane designed and facilitated an ongoing training and development program for the division's investment professionals and collaborated with third party specialists to capture client satisfaction metrics and competitive positioning criteria to grow NTGI's market share.
Prior to this leadership role, Diane was an Investment Relationship Consultant and advised Fortune 500 firms on their institutional tax-advantaged plans. Diane began her career with Northern Trust Corporation in 1987 as a portfolio investment manager and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Barry Salzberg was elected as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte LLP in June 2007, after serving as the U.S. Managing Partner from 2003 to 2007. He also is a member of Deloitte's U.S. Board of Directors, the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Global Executive Committee, and the DTT Global Board of Directors.
Salzberg joined Deloitte in 1977 and was admitted as partner in 1985. He has since built an impressive record through a variety of leadership roles including Tri-State Group Managing Partner from 1996-1999 and National Tax Deputy Managing Partner from 1999-2000. In 2000, he assumed full leadership of the Deloitte Tax LLP practice, which included regional responsibility for the Americas tax practice. During Salzberg's three-year tenure, the national Deloitte Tax practice increased its market share significantly, moving from 4th position to 1st, and received numerous awards and citations.
Prior to his leadership roles, Salzberg was a lead client service partner and tax partner and became an acknowledged authority in the areas of personal tax and partnership tax matters. He directly served the CXOs of many large clients, helping them with their personal tax and financial planning needs, as well as partnerships and S corporations, mostly law firms or merger and acquisition specialists.
Salzberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York County Lawyers Association. Christopher Sanson is the Co-Founder and CEO of MarcoPolo. MarcoPolo.net was founded as a fun way for people to share their travel plans with one another. Previously, Sanson worked at a consulting firm performing regression analysis to help companies evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. He\'s launched several ventures including an arts magazine and a photo souvenir business. Christopher Sanson graduated with a Master of Management in Hospitality from the Cornell Hotel School in 2006. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 2002.
Michael Santiago is the CEO of FloraPulse. FloraPulse makes water-stress sensors that, in layman’s terms, measure how thirsty a plant is. Michael Santiago received his bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Cornell University.
John Santini is an entrepreneur and scientist with over a decade of industrial and academic experience in drug delivery. He has given numerous invited lectures on the use of microtechnology in healthcare and has authored over 60 issued/pending patents and several technical papers. In 2002, Dr. Santini was honored by Technology Review Magazine as one of the Top 100 Young Innovators in the world. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the MEMS Industry Group, a national trade organization dedicated to the advancement and commercialization of MEMS technology in the United States.
Prior to founding MicroCHIPS, he obtained his PhD in chemical engineering from MIT as a National Science Foundation Fellow. Dr. Santini also graduated with a BSE in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.
Jonathan Santomauro is the president of Global Procurement Strategies, Inc. GPS is a tactical outsourcing firm that creates partnerships with major corporations to increase the efficiency of their procurement divisions. It does this by outsourcing the location of, purchase of, documentation of, and delivery of the diverse products required for the functioning of a major company.
Santomauro is also the president of supplycabinet.com, a consumer office supplies and furniture company currently in development stages.
Jonathan Santomauro is currently a sophomore at Cornell University. He expects to graduate in 2010.
