David L. Potter has been a Founding Principal in, and consultant to, numerous early stage and expansion stage life sciences, consumer products, and business services companies. Potter's company, Momentum Ventures Associates LLC, specializes in bringing in-depth entrepreneurial business acumen to companies with promising intellectual property, but limited business-building and management resources.
In 1997, Potter co-founded Pro-Change Behavior Systems, Inc., a spin-off company from the University of Rhode Island. Pro-Change became a leader in delivering health care compliance solutions for obese and smoking populations. From 2000 until the company's sale in 2002, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Previser Health Solutions, Inc., a start-up company with licensed technology from the University of Washington and the Temple University Medical School. Previser's technology is currently serving chronic disease patients in Israel and the United Kingdom, as well as in the United States.
During his corporate career, Potter served in senior Marketing and General Management positions for divisions of Textron Inc., General Mills, Inc. and the Unum Corporation. He was a senior member of the New Ventures organizations at both General Mills and Unum, driving the commercialization of new product and marketplace expansion initiatives.
David Potter received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College, and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Dartmouth College.

Prior to Razorfish, she helped launch a startup (Bundle.com) where she focused on implementing a banking account aggregation utility for end-users, ad sales and operations management. Before Bundle.com she spent over 5 years at Citi in various roles within Citi Ventures and Operations & Technology.

Pralle joined GE Capital in August 1989 as Vice President, Business Development on the corporate headquarters staff responsible for M&A activities for half of GE Capital businesses.

Eswar Prasad is the Tolani Senior Professor of Trade Policy at Cornell University. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He was previously chief of the Financial Studies Division in the International Monetary Fund's Research Department and, before that, was the head of the IMF's China Division.
Prasad's research has spanned a number of areas including labor economics, business cycles, and open economy macroeconomics. His extensive publication record includes articles in numerous collective volumes as well as top academic journals such as the American Economic Review, Brookings Papers on Economic Activity, The Economic Journal, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic Perspectives, Journal of International Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, Review of Economics and Statistics, etc. He has co-authored and edited numerous books and monographs, including on China, Hong Kong and India. His current research interests include the macroeconomics of financial globalization, monetary and exchange rate policies in emerging markets, and the Chinese and Indian economies.

Mike Pratico, Jr., graduated from Cornell University with Honors in 1998. Prior to graduating from Cornell, Pratico along with two other partners formed Davanita Design, LLC, an e-strategy and implementation consulting firm. At Davanita, Pratico was responsible for many of the business operational needs including new business development, human resources, finance, and legal. Most notably, Pratico oversaw a capital infusion and the later sale of the company to Avatar Technology, Inc. in 2000.
Dr. Bruce M. Pratt is Vice President of Science Development for Genzyme, with responsibilities in the coordination and performance of science due diligence for corporate development activities. He also has responsibilities in the identification and evaluation of early stage opportunities and proactive, selective outreach activities to the academic and biotech sectors. He has worked for Genzyme for more than 16 years in positions of increasing responsibility in Cell & Protein Therapeutics Research & Development, most recently as Sr. Director of Cell Biology. For two years, through July 2004, he was based in one of Genzyme's European offices, identifying early stage European research and product opportunities as well as developing relationships with biotechnology companies and academic centers of excellence.

Chris Proulx is the Chief Executive Officer of eCornell. He was appointed CEO in October, 2004 after serving six months as Chief Operating Officer and two years as Director of Program Management. As CEO, Chris is responsible for setting the strategic direction of eCornell, identifying growth potential in online education for eCornell, and collaborating with the senior leadership of the University and its faculty to strengthen and seek creative opportunities for our partnership.
Previously, as Director of Program Management, Chris was responsible for identifying potential new products, and working directly with the faculty and administration of the Schools and Colleges of Cornell University to produce and deliver our online programs.
