Lesa Mitchell is a vice president with the Kauffman Foundation. She is responsible for leading the Foundation's initiatives to advance innovations. Mitchell joined the Foundation in 2003.
She has been responsible for the Foundation's frontier work in understanding the policy levers that influence the advancement of innovation from universities into the commercial market. Under Mitchell's leadership the Foundation is identifying critical research opportunities, defining and codifying alternative pathways and identifying new models to foster innovation.
Prior to joining Kauffman, Mitchell's professional background included consulting for global pharmaceutical clients such as Takeda and Eli Lilly. She spent twenty years of her career in global executive roles at Aventis and Quintiles.

Hugh Mitchell became Chief Human Resources and Corporate Officer at Shell on July 1, 2009.
Hugh graduated from Edinburgh University, Scotland, with an MA (Hons) in Modern History in 1979. Later that year he joined Human Resources in Shell Exploration & Production in Aberdeen. Further HR and business roles followed across the UK and Brunei in both the upstream and downstream businesses.
In 1997 he became HR Vice President for the Global Oil Products business. Hugh moved to Shell headquarters in The Hague, the Netherlands, in 2003 as Director International. His responsibilities included coordinating the company's worldwide government relations activities.
In March 2005, Hugh was appointed Human Resources Director of Royal Dutch Shell. He became a member of the Executive Committee in October 2007.

Arca Group, Inc. is a consulting and venture capital investment management firm specializing in the area of computer and communications technologies. Morgan served as Professor of Decision Sciences at The Wharton School, and Professor of Computer and Information Sciences at The Moore School of the University of Pennsylvania from 1972 through 1985. He has been a Visiting Professor at the California Institute of Technology and the Harvard Business School.

Geraldo Moura is a managing director of Plantar S.A., a holding company founded by his family in 1947. Currently, he serves as a board member at Plantar Carbon which was created in 2009 as a consulting company focused on developing and implementing carbon credit projects following both Kyoto Protocol and Voluntary Market rules.
In addition, Moura is the CEO of Aflopar, a timberland investment management company which is a joint venture established in 2007 between Plantar and Lorentzen Group (a world leading investor in timberland). Aflopar manages and develops sustainable eucalyptus plantations in Brazil's major timber-growing region. As of January 2011, assets under management totaled 270,000 acres.
His working experience also includes an associate position at Brookfield Asset management, a global asset manager focused on property, renewable power and infrastructure assets. Moura was involved in the asset management and private equity fund's marketing activities. From 2000 to 2006, Moura was directly involved in the carbon trading business as he participated in the development and implementation of a Brazilian pioneer greenhouse gases (GHG) emission reduction project. The main objective is to generate high quality GHG emission reductions by using renewable charcoal, a solid biofuel from sustainable eucalyptus plantations, instead of coal. It is a $50 million project partially supported by World Bank through its carbon finance unit. Moura also helped structure the world's first financial operation involving carbon credits originating from emissions reductions as collateral, a $5 million deal.

Currently, she focuses solely on campus recruiting from a variety of schools in Michigan and Northwest Ohio. </p> <p>Mousseau also serves on the advisory board at Michigan State University's placement office. Prior to her current role, Lori served as the Advisory Campus Recruiting Leader for EY's North Central Sub Area locations. Chad Moutray joined the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy in October 2002. At Advocacy, he is the Chief Economist and Director of the Office of Economic Research. In this role, he oversees the research being conducted both internally and externally through contracts. Advocacy is responsible for disseminating and maintaining a number of databases on small firms.
Prior to joining Advocacy, Chad was the Dean of the School of Business Administration at Robert Morris College (RMC) in Chicago, where he taught economics and finance courses.
