Since 2006, he is responsible for the general administration of the company, including its strategic realignment for venture capital investment.

Timothy M. Gunn is Chair of the Department of Fashion Design at Parsons The New School for Design. In addition, he serves as an on-air mentor to designers on the Bravo reality television program "Project Runway".
Gunn has been a vital part of the Parsons community for more than 23 years. In August 2000, he was appointed Chair of the fashion design program with the charge of retooling and invigorating the curriculum for the 21st century. Under Gunn's direction, the department has strengthened its position as the indisputable leader in fashion design education in America and as one of only a handful of leading programs in the world.
Prior to his appointment as Chair of the fashion design program, Gunn spent most of his career at Parsons as Associate Dean of the school. In that capacity, he worked closely with the academic departments and helped develop programs and relationships abroad, including the international spectrum of Parsons affiliates in Paris, Korea, Japan and the Dominican Republic.

Peter H. Hackbert is currently the William and Kay Moore Chair of Entrepreneurship and Management at Berea College. Formerly Dr. Hackbert was a visiting scholar within The Academy for Entrepreneurial Leadership on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus, and previously to that the Harold Walter Siebens Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship at Sierra Nevada College from 2001 to 2006. Prior to the appointment at Sierra Nevada College, Hackbert was a tenured professor at California State University Monterey Bay teaching marketing, e-commerce and entrepreneurship from 1996 to 2001.

Professor Hagelin teaches intellectual property and technology commercialization law at Syracuse University School of Law. His research focuses on intellectual property strategy and patent valuation. He has developed a new method to value patents, called Competitive Advantage Valuation or CAV, and currently has a patent application pending on the CAV method.
Professor Hagelin is the founder and director of the Syracuse University New Technology Law Center (SUNTEC) and of the Technology Commercialization Research Center (TCRC). In his capacity as director of the TCRC, Professor Hagelin has supervised over 75 research projects on the commercial development of early-stage technologies on behalf of universities, federal research laboratories, technology development organizations, and large, medium, small and start-up companies.
In March 2004, Syracuse University College of Law was selected by the New York State Office of Science, Technology and Academic Research (NYSTAR), in a peer reviewed state-wide competition, to be the New York State Science & Technology Law Center (NYS STLC) for the next three years. With funding in excess of $1 million, the mission of the NYS STLC is to provide legal education, research, information and support services to the more than 30 research centers supported by New York State. She established US clinical operations and data management at Antigenics and expanded the clinical operations to manage numerous development programs in all phases of research, including large global phase III programs in oncology.
