Patricia Frishkoff founded the Family Business Program at Oregon State University in 1985 and served as its director until her retirement in 2002. The Family Business Program's mission is to foster healthy family businesses. Frishkoff was a professor of accounting in Oregon State University's College of Business and the first holder of the A.E. Coleman Chair in Family Business. In 1988, Frishkoff and her husband founded a consulting practice, Leadership In Family Enterprise, which provides consulting in the area of Family-run businesses. Patricia Frishkoff received her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University. She also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Kent State University

Tom Fuerst is the VP and Chief Scientific Officer at PharmAthene. Prior to joining PharmAthene in April 2010, Dr. Fuerst served as Director, Vaccines and Biologics (2004-2007), and Senior Science and Technology Advisor (2007-2010) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In these positions, he led the development and acquisition of vaccines and biotherapeutic products for biodefense and other emerging public health threats, including anthrax, smallpox, botulism, and pandemic flu. During his tenure at HHS, Dr. Fuerst helped establish the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and oversaw the planning, implementation, and monitoring of medical countermeasure development and acquisition, while managing a budget of approximately $3.0 billion. Previously, Dr. Fuerst served as Executive Director of Corporate Development at Sanofi Pasteur, Inc., where he oversaw the scientific and business transactions for vaccines and immunotherapeutic products for infectious diseases and cancer, and played a key role in establishing the company's biodefense initiative post 9/11. He also led a collaborative R&D group to develop a next generation anthrax vaccine in response to the National Institute of Health's Request for Proposal. Prior thereto, he was Vice President, Research and Development at Genelabs Technologies, and a scientific founder and Director of Molecular Genetics at MedImmune. He also served as a senior fellow at the National Institutes of Health, NIAID in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fuerst holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of California at Berkeley, a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from Cornell University, and a MBA in Science, Technology, and Innovation from the George Washington University.
Lucas Fuess is a Cornell University student who is a double major in Animal Science and Agriculture Science Education. He spent Spring 2009 studying at the University of Copenhagen. He is expected to graduate in 2011.

Greg Galvin is the Chief Executive Officer at Rheonix. Galvin has been at the forefront of multi-disciplinary technology commercialization for more than 20 years. In 1993, he launched Kionix, Inc. to commercialize a novel MEMS technology platform. In 2000, Dr. Galvin successfully engineered the sale of Kionix's telecommunications platform to Calient Networks, Inc., retaining the consumer electronics, automotive and microfluidic opportunities presented by the original MEMS platform. In 2009, he successfully sold the second incarnation of Kionix, Inc. to Rohm Co., Ltd,. Prior to selling Kionix, Inc. to Rohm Dr. Galvin spun-out Rheonix, Inc. to capitalize on non-MEMS based microfluidic opportunities the molecular diagnostic industry.
Dr. Galvin is a member of several scientific societies; he has published over 20 technical papers and is an inventor of 58 patents.
