Yos Bugallo is a Campus Consultant in EY's Inclusiveness Recruiting team, specializing in the diversity recruiting strategy and development. Yos works with university stakeholders to drive strategic and systemic change regarding diversity and inclusiveness at the student, faculty, and campus level. Her role focuses on increasing the pipeline of top diverse talent into EY and better preparing students for the global workforce. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Yos was an Associate Director at the NYU Stern School of Business MBA Admissions office, where she handled general admissions as well as diversity, LGBT, military and Latin American recruiting. She started her work in higher education in the Brandeis University Undergraduate Admissions office where she instituted a number of innovative programs and revamped their diversity recruiting function. Yos has also served on the Board of the New York chapter of the Association for Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) as the Director of Student Programs. She has also been involved with several organizations including Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, and the Posse Foundation. Yos holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Brandeis University.
Bena Burda is the founder and owner of Clean Clothes, Inc. and Maggie's Organics, a company that makes cotton and wool socks, men's and women's clothes, and baby apparel, all from organic fibers.
Burda's organic career began with Eden Foods in 1978. As the company's sales manager, she helped introduce the first certified organic soymilk in the United States. Later, when she was sales manager for Bearito's Brand Organic Tortilla Chips, and the company began rotating organic cotton with its corn crops, Burda began experimenting with the cotton. In 1992 she and financial partner Jennifer Mueller co-founded Maggie's Organics, and in 1997 Burda bought out the company from Mueller to create Maggie's Organics/Clean Clothes.
Bena Burda has a background in organic agriculture, and received the 2003 Organic Leadership award from the Organic Trade Association.
Carol Bushberg founded her own dynamic real estate firm, Carol Bushberg Real Estate in January 2009. Prior to founding her company, Carol was an Associate Broker at Christopher George Real Estate, a small and well-respected office located immediate to the Cornell University campus. During her 18 years at Christopher George Real Estate, Carol worked side by side with Broker and mentor Christopher Anagnost; she became proficient in the sale of commercial property and student housing.

Chad Butts is a partner in Willow Breeze Farm, LLC. Chad returned home to the family dairy in 2000 after working in an unrelated field for four years following college. In 2005 Chad became a partner in the dairy with his father Stephen as a step towards the transfer of the business. The farm is home to 250 mature holsteins, 200 youngstock and 800 acres of crops.

Derek Cabrera is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ThinkWorks, the company that teaches thinking. He is a Visiting Fellow at Cornell University and a Research Fellow at the Santa Fe Institute for the Study of Complex Systems. Cabrera's research focuses on analytical, creative, and systemic thinking; he applies interdisciplinary work in nonlinear and systems sciences, evolutionary biology, cognition, human development and education to better understanding patterns that underlie human thought. Cabrera also invented (and holds a US Patent for) the ThinkToy system, a tactile manipulative toy that teaches advanced abstract thinking skills to children and adults.
Prior to his current appointments, he was a National Science Foundation Post Doctoral Fellow and Co-Investigator in the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University. He was also a National Science Foundation IGERT Fellow in Nonlinear Systems at Cornell and is the recipient of the Association of American Colleges and Universities' K. Patricia Cross Future Educational Leaders Award. He is the author of the book, Remedial Genius, numerous refereed journal articles, and book chapters.
For 14 years prior to ThinkWorks and Cornell, Cabrera worked nationally and internationally as an educator and mountain guide with Outward Bound and other organizations. He has led high-altitude climbing expeditions to the world's most remote mountain regions and is an avid adventure traveler. As a social entrepreneur, he led fundraising efforts to establish the Aceh Relief Fund for victims of the Indian Ocean Tsunami and co-founded Children of Rural Africa to develop schools in Nigeria. He has founded and/or led several successful for-profit and non-profit ventures and held/holds several board of directors seats.

Bill Ceasar is a principal of McKinsey & Company, and a leader in the firm's North American Energy & Materials practice.
Since joining McKinsey, Ceasar has worked with a diverse group of clients, primarily on commercial transformation, growth, and business-to-business marketing issues. He recently acted as co-leader of the firm's knowledge development effort focused on biofuels. Ceasar is co-author of "The Biofuel (Re)-Evolution," which appeared in the December issue of World Energy Forum and "Betting on Biofuels," which appeared in the spring issue of The McKinsey Quarterly.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Ceasar was a Special Assistant for Ambassador Thomas Simons, the Coordinator of the U.S. assistance program in Russia. Ceasar also served as a Russian political and economic analyst at the U.S. State Department and at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he focused on defense conversion and nationalities issues. While at the State Department, he served for more than a year at the U.S. Consulate General in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Ceasar holds an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, an M.A. in Russian Studies from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Russian Studies from Colgate University.
Dar Caldwell is a founding partner of LaunchHouse, a Cleveland-based business incubator and seed capital investment group that invests money, mentorship, education and business development resources into the Midwest's most promising young entrepreneurs. The young investors of LaunchHouse (almost all are under the age of 30) manage a diverse portfolio of technology, alternative energy, global aid, urban agriculture and medical device ventures. They have converted a vacant car dealership in Shaker Heights into 23,000 sq. ft. affordable and collaborative work space that is home to over 50 exciting startup ventures. Dar Caldwell is a graduate of Cornell University.
John Callister joined the Cornell faculty in 1999. He holds a joint academic position as lecturer in the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and the School of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Cornell. He was an automotive engineer at General Motors from 1985 to 1993, and taught at Tri-State University from 1996 to 1998. He is also the co-founder and vice-president of Foxdale, Inc., an equipment leasing firm in the blown-film polymer industry. He is an active participant in Cornell's Entrepreneurship and Personal Enterprise Program, and is a member of the American Society of Engineering Educators and the Academy of Management.

A. Dana Callow, Jr. is the Managing General Partner of Millennia. Prior to founding Millennia, Dana co-founded Boston Capital Ventures in 1982. Before that, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Braxton Associates (Deloitte Touche), an international strategic planning firm that was formed by professionals from Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, where he worked with Fortune 100 companies in strategic planning and implementing merger and acquisition strategies. Prior to working in the management consulting business, Dana worked in sales and marketing and also was an Application Engineer for Tymshare (acquired by McDonnell-Douglas). Dana is a Director of Jobs for Massachusetts, a Massachusetts based non-profit organization comprised of business and political leaders including the Governor and Congressional leaders. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Tufts University, on the Board of Overseers at Tufts University Medical School, and is on the Board of Advisors at the Foster Center for Private Equity, part of the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
