I think what I want to do is I want every restaurant to be different. I want them all to be Slice, The Perfect Food, natural organic pizza, wine and beer (Upper East Side also has wine and beer), but I want everyone of them to be different based on its location, its space so it is not like a chain....(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
